Terms and Conditions for the Gary Neville Meet & Greet Contest

Gary Neville Meet & Greet Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”)

1. The contest organized by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (hereinafter mentioned as “Organizer”) is open to individuals (“Participant(s)”) who:
   (i) are above 18 (eighteen) years of age; and
   (ii) hold valid proof of Indian citizenship; and
   (iii) have a valid Instagram account
   
2. The Contest will be live from 15th Oct 8:00 PM to 16th Oct 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered valid. The Contest will be conducted exclusively on the Instagram platform via posts, stories and/or reels shared by the official @ApolloXSports Instagram handle.
   
3. It is mandatory to follow both pages on Instagram - @apollotyresltd and @ApolloXSports for your entry to be valid. Participants must use the mandatory hashtag #GoTheDistance in their comments while answering the question “What is your favourite Gary Neville moment at Manchester United?” to ensure their entry is valid. Multiple entries are not allowed. If a Contestant is found to have more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, their eligibility for the Contest will be void including all their entries and that Contestant shall be disqualified.
   
4. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by any rules, regulations, guidelines or policies ("Rules") associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.
5. Entries must adhere to the platform's community guidelines (link) and avoid offensive or inappropriate content.
6. Random individuals will be chosen from the Participants falling under the selection criteria as Winners, (hereinafter referred to as “Winners”), and only those selected Winners will have the opportunity to attend the same event that Gary Neville will be attending.
7. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond to the same within 24 hours to claim the prize.
8. Organiser is solely responsible for the prize i.e. winners will have the opportunity to attend the same event that Gary Neville will be attending. They shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the event, and the winner shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any such costs as well.
9. Use of bots, fake accounts, or any form of automated entry will lead to disqualification from the Contest.
10. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries due to technical errors or other unforeseen issues.
11. By entering the Contest, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data including name, ID proof, contact number and residence for Contest administration and promotional purposes only. Data will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy and applicable law. Please refer to our privacy policy for additional details.
12. Participants have the right to deletion and erasure of their data in the manner more particularly detailed in the privacy policy (link) of the Organizer.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, without giving a prior notice. Any changes will be communicated promptly via social media platforms.
14. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the Organizer.
15. The Organizer’s decisions regarding the Contest shall be final and binding.
16. The Organizer shall not be responsible for the quality or deficiency of the Prizes and no claim or request, whatsoever, in this respect shall be entertained by the Organizer.
17. The Organizer shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Contest and grant of the Prize from any party whatsoever.
18. It is clarified that the Winner shall, in no circumstance, have any rights or claims against the Organizer.
19. The Organizer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Terms & Conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Contest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. THE ORGANIZER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE PARTICIPANTS AND/OR THE WINNER AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES AS TO ACCURACY, TIMELINES, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
20. Any dispute or differences arising out of Contest shall be primarily resolved through good faith negotiation. In the event that such negotiations fail, the courts of New Delhi have the exclusive jurisdiction on the matter.
21. Organizer solely has the right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
