This Sales Offer (“Offer”) is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (“ATL/ Company”) having its corporate office located at Apollo House, 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana – 122 001, India. In order to be eligible for this Offer you need to confirm to us that you have purchased (in India) atleast Company’s one (1) passenger tyres (can be two wheeler; four wheeler) (“Customer”) during the promotion period effective from April 15th to May 20th, 2025 (“Offer Period”). The Offer is valid for Customers who purchase any tyre from the authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period. The winners will be selected via a randomized draw of lots (“Winner(s)”), The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Prizes:
● One (1) Winner will receive an exclusive invitation to an evening event hosted by Apollo Tyres Ltd. with the attendance of Manchester United First Team Players on May 29, 2025, in Mumbai (“Social Evening”).
● One (1) Winner will receive exclusive Signed Manchester United Memorabilia.
● Five (5) Winners will receive Apollo Tyres and Manchester United co-branded merchandise. The Company reserves the right to determine which merchandise and signed memorabilia to provide to the Winners at its sole discretion.].
● Prizes are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made except at Company’s sole discretion.
Terms for participation:
● To participate in the Offer, Customers must complete the following steps:
a. Purchase a tyre from the authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period.
b. Upload the signed and stamped purchase invoice issued by the authorized distributor on the designated landing page at RTOT Contest Page
c. Provide accurate and valid information in the above- mentioned landing page.
● Purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer.
● The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the above-mentioned purchase invoice uploaded on the said landing page is clear, legible, and shows the relevant details, including the purchase date, tyre model, and the Customer's name, which match or appear to belong to the same family as the details of the participating Customer. Customer’s information as provided via the said landing page will be subject to ATL’s internal privacy policy.
● This contest is applicable for only people residing in India and holding a valid Government Identification Proof.
Winner Selection:
● ATL reserves the right to validate the purchase by verifying the uploaded purchase invoice. The Customer understands and agrees that ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes.
● Once all purchases have been validated by ATL, the Winners will be selected via randomized draw of the qualified entries. The Winners will receive an email specifying their reward through the contact information provided in the Google form.
● The one (1) Winner who will receive an invitation to the Social Evening, will also receive a return economy-class domestic flight ticket to Mumbai and accommodation for one night at a reasonably appointed hotel near the venue, at ATL’s expense, if required. This benefit shall not apply if the winning Customer is based in Mumbai.
● ATL reserves the right to determine the hotel near the venue at its sole discretion.
● Once you participate in this Offer, you provide your full consent and acknowledgment that the Company reserves the right to decide and change the Prizes and no request for exchange of Prize with cash awards or any other alternative etc. will be entertained by the Company.
Data collection:
● By participating in the Offer, Customer agrees that Customer personal data (including, but not limited to, Customer name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information Customer provides) will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of this Offer and contacting the Winners. The personal data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the winners and arranging prize distribution including but not limited to our various remarketing activities through which we like to disseminate information about our various products and services, improving our sales and marketing activities and overall analysis of our internal processes By participating in this Offer you consent to the collection and use of your personal data. Disclaimer:
● ATL reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
● By participating in the Offer, the Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
● These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice.
● In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest for any reasons whatsoever without any liability of obligations.
● Company reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
Liability:
● By participating in the Offer, Customer agree to release and hold harmless ATL from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law:
● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana
