Terms & Conditions – ‘Game on’ Contest
By participating in ‘Game on’ (‘Contest’), the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
The Contest consists of an opportunity for eligible Participants to win Apollo’s Team India Fan Jerseys or other Apollo Tyres Merchandise, subject to these Terms and Conditions and Participant’s confirmation that they are compliant with Platform terms and conditions as well.
This Contest is an entertainment and promotional activity which is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (‘ATL / Company’) having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram–122001, Haryana. The Contest offer is being managed by 28th Avenue Media and Communications Private Limited along with Quasar Media Private Limited and WPP Media India Pvt Ltd.
To be eligible for this Contest, you need to follow and participate in the Instagram story being run on official Apollo handle ‘@apollotyresltd’ , ‘@apolloxsports’, The contest is till 11th of July.
This Contest is not valid in / to Participants in the State of Tamil Nadu.
The Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Terms for Participation
- Platform: The contest will be hosted exclusively on the Official Apollo handles.
- Eligibility Criteria:To qualify for the Contest, participants must:
- Follow the official Apollo Tyres brand page on Instagram.
- Participate in the complete Story Contest series.
- Answer all quiz questions correctly during the contest window.
- Contest Duration: Entries will be considered valid only if they are submitted within the specified Contest Period.
- Privacy Policy: Participant confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions along with ATL’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.apollotyres.com/en-in/terms-conditions/) ‘https://www.apollotyres.com/en-in/privacy-notice ’).
Disclaimer
- Participation in the Contest is open to Participant who satisfy the following “Eligibility Criteria’ and ;
- Are Indian Citizens of age 18 years or more
- This Contest is not open for participation to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).
- Please note the employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company and its group companies may participate in the Contest but are not eligible to receive benefits of the Contest.Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.
- Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.
- Participant information as provided will be subject to Privacy Policy (https://www.apollotyres.com/en-in/privacy-notice)
- Benefits of the Contest are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made / permitted, except at ATL’s / Service Provider’s sole discretion.
Validation
The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission. Participant agrees that they are solely responsible for routinely checking communications from the Service Provider / ATL, at the WhatsApp number / email ID provided by them and shall not hold the Service Provider / ATL responsible for any discrepancies in this regard (including wrong WhatsApp number / email ID being provided, email(s) going to spam, etc.)
Winner Selection
- Apollo Tyres Merchandise shall be awarded. based on skill and evaluation criteria
- The Participant understands and agrees that the Service Provider / ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes. Failure of contact between the Participant and ATL/ Service Provider for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to emails going to spam, WhatsApp messages not being responded to, loss of phone, etc.) may result in forfeiture of the Participant’s eligibility for participation / validation.
- The Participants winning the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a WhatsApp message / email, through the contact information / email IDs provided by the Participant to the Service Provider / ATL, specifying the details of the prize.
Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

| Completeness & Participation | Participants must actively engage in all 4 match-day contests throughout the series and answer every question to qualify. |
| Accuracy of Answer(s) | Participant must provide correct response(s) to the quiz question(s) displayed across the matches. |
| Tie-Breaker Filter 1 (Consistency) | In case of a tie in scores, the participant with the most complete participation profile (all 4 match days played) will be given absolute preference. |
| Tie-Breaker 2 (Random Selection) | If a tie still persists across participation, accuracy, and speed, lucky winners will be selected using an automated randomizer tool for a chance to win exciting prizes. |
The first twenty (20) qualifying entries strictly meeting all of the above criteria will be declared as Winners. In the event there are more than twenty (20) qualifying entries that meet the above criteria, the Winners will be selected through a random draw or randomizer tool from among the tied qualifying entries.
- Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced via Official Apollo handles and/or contacted directly via Direct Message (DM).
Rewards for the Contest:
- Winners shall receive Apollo Tyre Merchandise which must be collected from ATL contact person designated in the respective city.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, benefit, alternative product or credit.
Data Accuracy & Collection
By taking part and/or entering into the Contest, the Participant warrants that all information provided by the Participant regarding their name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete. The personal data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the Winner and arranging Prize distribution including but not limited to our various remarketing activities through which we like to disseminate information about our various products and services, improving our sales and marketing activities and overall analysis of our internal processes. Additional Disclaimer
- ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
- You shall not hold ATL and/or its service providers liable or accountable in any way for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or death or property loss or damage arising from your participation in the Contest.
- These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice. Participants agree to routinely check these terms and conditions to keep themselves informed of any such change.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ATL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reasons whatsoever without any liability of obligations.
- ATL reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
Liability
- By participating in the Contest, Participant agree to release and hold harmless ATL and Service Provider for technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting participation and overall, from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- ATL and Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- ATL and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information under this Offerand are not liable for any errors or losses arising from its use. By participating, you agree to indemnify ATL and its affiliates against any related claims or damages.
Acceptance
- Participation in the Contest infers unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana
