Terms & Conditions: Go the distance Quiz

This ‘Go The Distance Quiz’ (“Contest”) is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (“ATL”) having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram–122001, Haryana. To be eligible for this contest you need to comment on the contest post during the match, starting from the first ball to the last ball for that match (“Contest Period”). The Contest is valid only for participants who comment on the Contest post during the Contest period and does not require payment of any consideration in any manner. The winners will be selected via a randomized draw of lots (“Winner”). The Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Prizes:

• One (1) lucky Winner will receive a surprise gift.

Terms for participation:

• To participate in the Offer, Customers must complete the following steps:

1. Put their predictions in the comments section of the contest post on Instagram.

2. Follow the apollo tyres and apollo x sports Instagram pages / handles.

• Prizes are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made except at ATL’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection:

• ATL reserves the right to validate the entry. The participant understands and agrees that ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes.

• After the contest duration, the winners will be selected via randomized draw of the qualified entries. The Winners will receive a message on Instagram specifying their reward. Also, the winner might be contacted through the contact information provided by the participant for additional information.

• ATL shall not entertain any request for exchange of Prize with cash awards or any other alternative etc.

Data collection:

• By participating in the Contest, participant agrees that their personal data (including, but not limited to, participant name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information participant provides) will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of this Contest and contacting the Winners. The personal data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the Winner and arranging Prize distribution, including but not limited to our various re-marketing activities through which we like to disseminate information about our various products and services, improving our sales and marketing activities, and overall analysis of our internal processes. By participating in this Contest you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data. Disclaimer:

• ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding..

• By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.

• These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of ATL without prior notice. The participant agree to routinely check and review these terms and conditions to keep themselves informed of any such change.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ATL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest for any reasons whatsoever without any liability or obligations.

• ATL reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.

Liability:

• By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless ATL from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize in connection with the Contest.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

• This Contest is not valid in the State of Tamil Nadu.
